Eligibility Requirements for a Refund

To protect our intellectual property from piracy, you must prove that you actually used the program to be eligible for the 30-Day Action Guarantee.

To claim your refund, you must submit the following to our support team:

1. 30 Days of Completed Tracking
You must submit your filled-out Digital Progress Tracker (Excel file). It must clearly show 30 consecutive days of logged data, including your completed workouts, weights used, reps achieved, and daily check-in metrics (sleep/energy). Blank or partially filled trackers will not be accepted.

2. 30 Daily Progress Photos
You must submit 30 daily progress photos (one for each day of the 30-day period) showing your physique. Photos must be date-stamped to prove they were taken daily throughout the duration of your first 30 days on the program.

How to Request Your Refund

If you have completed the 30 days, followed the nutrition and training perfectly, and have seen no changes in your physique or strength, please follow these steps:

  2. Use the subject line: 30-Day Action Guarantee Claim - [Your Order Number].

  3. Attach your completed 12-Week Digital Tracker file.

  4. Attach your 30 daily date-stamped progress photos.

Our team will review your submission within 48 hours. If all requirements are met and the program was followed correctly without results, we will process a 100% full refund to your original payment method immediately.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • "I changed my mind."

  • "I didn't have time to start the program."

  • "I forgot to track my workouts/take photos."

  • "I accidentally purchased it."
